At CPG, customer service is our top priority! When you call, you will speak directly to a CPG representative! No call center or voice mail system. Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can make changes to your account right away.

Provides assistance with:

  • Questions on your account balance or invoices.
  • Add or delete driver IDs
  • Order new cards or replace lost cards
  • Account balances or invoicing questions
  • Card maintenance, including additions or changes to cards, drivers, or vehicles
  • Assists with ordering, canceling, replacing or suspending cards
